KINGS RIVER FALLS 4/23/16

Arriving at Kings River Trailhead and Parking

Our first obstacle....an Iron Bridge...

....but we made it across.

There are times you cannot walk here....not today!

A little water, but not much.

It didn't take us long to venture out.

Photo opt.....

Linda Hsu brought three of her students from UCA
(Maggie, Catherine and Monica from China)

...and Chris was always picking on them!

They thought Chris was funny......

Mary taking pictures of Sonya ....

....Sonya not posing at the moment!

Our exchange students......

Linda their teacher....

Time to head up the creek...

Gloria, our flower child.....!!!!

Normally we could not be standing here....

Not much water in the creek today

A nice moth......alive and well?

Mary found her favorite spot?

....and no one would help her up from it?

Nathan was trying to hide....

Up here guys....

Still going up the creek....

Sammy was doing what most of us
wanted to do!

We can to a dead end.....

First lady up.....

....then the rest followed

Our crazy lady shot!

So where do we go from here?

Teacher shot....

Steven was liking this....felt good!

Now up the hill....

....so up we go.....

to the top.....

...and then back down.
(Sammy needing some help)

Notice the look on Betty's face!

Watching the last one get down....

That would be Lila and Mary

Looking down onto Kings River Falls

....and down again we go.

This place was fixing to get crowded....

So Lila, decide to take the plunge....
Watch the video on Facebook
....and that she did!

Nathan found his lunch spot

And so did the rest.....

The sun felt good, but it was starting to get hot!

Sonya enjoying the water with her dog.

US at Kings River Falls

OK girls, time to go......

Rusty, blowing his whistle for Sammy....

The parking lot was getting full....

Chris was going to tie Lila on the top so she
would dry off on the way home!!!!

Yep, it was a short hike, a long drive, but
still good to be outdoors.
