RICHLAND CREEK FLOAT 3/25/10

We found an old house to get our dry suits on .... it was pouring down!	...and this was not easy to get on!	Now that we are dressed, on down to Richland Creek

Out with the raft, on with the life vests	We had her pumped up, and so were we!	A few instructions from Dr. Monfee .....
	There is NO turning back, once committed!
....and off we go!		Can you tell it was pouring down rain? It was!
That's us way down there!

		It was much too dangerous!
		You try getting through that!

This was one of the biggest waterfalls	....and those are just some of the rocks we have to miss!	Side waterfalls everywhere

Richland Creek Falls	We just came over those falls	Bye, bye, Richland Creek Falls

From Richland Creek Falls to the bridge it was fast pace because of Devil's Fork and Falling Waters adding to our water. There was NO time... but to try and stay afloat!	We made it to the bridge	... and time for a high five!

This is on Thursday ... and there were a lot of folks out	Brenda is surprised we made it?	Dr. Monfee's mascot
	Or maybe she is surprised she made it with our shuttle.

Some of these folks were planning on doing it again tomorrow.	Maebre ... our other shuttle person.	Whose laughing now? .... now that is it over ...I can laugh!
